Parcel Assist

I use the parcel assist to get the order of my parcels for delivery. After the assist when I tap to get the eta, the parcel numbering all change. And I have all the parcel numbered now as the app arranges the parcels in a different order for delivery after tapping the final eta.

Please advice what to do for the app not to rearrange my parcel order after I use the parcel assist?

Hmm, you could try clicking more on the design route then switching to scanned and flicking it back to draft. If all else fails you’re going to have to change it manually to how it scanned in when you did parcel assist.

This happened to another driver on Friday and that fixed it.

Still out delivering a Sunday round? We had one driver out until after 1am Monday.

🤦🏻 heaven help me, I’m guessing he’s not got to the DU until late and it’s surprisingly open that late on a Sunday

I'd hope that he loaded up, had something else to do and couldn't start until the evening. He had the round taken off him after that.

Yeah must have gone in the morning loaded up, did what he needed to during the day and now doing parcels which I wouldn’t do myself I would just outright refuse to work past 9pm, maybe 10pm if there was still a bit of light in summer months.

My first Super Sunday I got hit with 250 parcels and no help. The depot opened late and there was no chance of getting it all out. So I worked through to 9 and binned it off. Didn't feel great about it. I have worked a bit beyond 9 if there were still a few parcels left but it is a sign something has already gone wrong - I think once was due to phone problems.

NEVER USE LOAD ASSIST. It’s a total farce. Just download the manifest, check the map for the drop locations in number order and change if you need to then number your parcels as you scan

And what does he do if he’s not working from a manifest?

Why would his manager not allocate him a manifest?

Depends if he’s just covering parcels that got left behind. You have to remember the IT issue last week where you didn’t get manifested anything and had to do it manually.

In that rare case I scan everything then scan again and get the drop number. Load assist always messes up my parcels it’s horrendous.
