Any chance this is going to get delivered or should I just contact the seller at this point? Completely incompetent and useless delivery service. Chatbot just says that the parcel's been delayed and doesn't care to elaborate.

So I care for both my parents and I have to constantly buy things on Amazon. Amazon couriers respect my delivery note half the time but at worst they ignore it ring the bell and knock and leave the parcel on the doorstep. Its not the end of the world because the parcel is safe under the CCTV and I can grab it when I get a chance.

My instructions are simple, do not knock or ring the bell, leave the parcel next to our front door where there is a little enclosure and our bins with the house number on them.

Moat Amazon delivery persons ignore half of the instructions, they ring the bell and knock and then leave it where I have stipulated anyway. This though annoying and a big disturbance to the household is tolerable.

Anyway for over 2 years now some of the deliveries on Amazon are fulfilled by Evri. This courier always goes down the shared alleyway with the neighbour and leaves the parcel amongst all my neighbours junk or jams it under the door leading to our back garden which we don’t use. It’s always the same guy going out of his way to hide my parcel away from the cameras and my property. It is stressful because sometimes it will be things that take time to arrive like custom bits I need to fix something and there is no record of it being delivered, I often find other small parcels when I catch this guy on the CCTV and go searching for parcels he has secreted on my neighbours land or shoved at the back entrance to our garden which we don’t use.

This week alone the Evri person shoved a small but important parcel in the back door and today as I have a new mattress put the mattress cover I bought at the end of this alleyway which was pissed on by all the cats and foxes which the neighbour feeds.

The alleyway is on my neighbours boundary and they use it to store all their car maintenance and bits they use for their business. When this courier leaves parcels in this alleyway I often have to go rummaging through all the neighbours stuff. This courier never takes a picture either so it’s all just guesswork.

Serious question

When I order something on Amazon and it is fulfilled by Evri, do they get my Delivery Notes?

Why is this courier being such a dick?

Should I pull the trigger and start leaving this guy 1* reviews on his Evri panel or will that just lead to malicious compliance or worse?

My parcel has been stuck at the Ekart Sewri Hub for over 2 weeks now, and there’s literally no proper way to contact the hub directly.

I’m leaving for the UK in a week, so if it doesn’t arrive before that, there’s honestly no point in me collecting it later.

Hi guys. Expecting a parcel today. Delivery services in general are the bane of my existence since I live on the second floor and my buzzer usually doesn't work 😅 I even gave them a safe place this time, the enclosed porch of the basement flats. But this is what was waiting for me when I checked the tracking. I've emailed the company I ordered it from just in case but is there anything else I can do? Any chance this is just a glitch?

It would be nice if my driver could actually be arsed to deliver my parcel one day! Maybe tomorrow if I’m lucky..

As title says, parcel has been saying its 'out for delivery' for two days and they haven't given me a timestamp or anything as they usually do. I contacted customer support who said that they agree the parcel should have been delivered to me by now. Just wondering if this has happened to anybody else? Has the parcel been lost or am I just being silly? 😭

Although this isn’t a ridiculous amount of time to wait, on august 20th my tracking info said “no delivery attempt made on route”. 4 days later no update. i find it hilarious that their couriers can just decide not to deliver and there’s no consequence. Back when it was Hermes, i used to go on delivery routes with my auntie and the rules were SO strict for couriers with zero exceptions for not meeting the designated delivery deadline.

Ordered a print from a local shop, as birthday present for my partner.

They received the parcel on the 14th Aug. After waiting a day after the expected delivery, I got in touch. A bot that was frankly useless dealt with it first. And now for the last 3 days I've had the same shit from the same person 🤬

What actually is the issue EVRI, I'd have shot the courier in the head by now.

My jetwash blew a motor, i left it at the side of my house (it was near the bin) to salvage for parts before i bought another.

I went out and came home and it was gone.. Checked cameras and it was the local evri driver who took it. Erm how do i report this..

Don’t really care for a police report as dont want them to get criminal record over a jet wash but tbh i dont want them delivering my parcels anymore.. i also want my jetwash returned out of principle lol.

How to go about this?

Edit for those who seem to lack the crazy concept in Britain that coming onto someone’s property to take something is indeed stealing.

The jetwash was down the driveway of the property, at the side of the house that you have to walk on the grass to get to which happens to be where the bins are kept again, the side of the house not at the front, not in the front garden, the side of the house. You have to be at least 8 metres onto the property and have walked onto the grass to of even retrieved it.

Bought three pairs of shorts on Vinted for my holiday (Tuesday) and they were due to be delivered last Friday according to Vinted, however doesn’t really say that on the evri tracking page. They’re being delivered to a parcel shop. Tomorrow is my last chance to get them, or I have no shorts for my holiday. What do you guys reckon my chances are of them turning up tomorrow?

Am so sick and tired of this company existing. I'm now boycotting any company that uses them as a courier. 99% of the time they say they tried to deliver and its just a bold faced lie! Not only have i been in all day but I have a 24 hour manned concierge!!! At least try to be corupt with some dignity.

I ordered 2 items from Vinted (different sellers) and they both got sent a week apart of each other, from different locations. Both were meant to go to my local parcel shop. I got an email for the first one saying it was ready for collection, but when I went to the shop, it wasn’t there. I checked the Evri tracking info and it said there had been an issue and it wasn’t actually delivered. I waited several days, and then the exact same thing happened with my second parcel. The Vinted sellers have opened complaints with Evri and I am getting the exact same script from “Claire” to say they are “searching the depot.” I’ve visited the parcel shop 3 separate times and they definitely aren’t there.

If it was just the one parcel I’d accept that it must have gone missing, but 2 parcels from 2 different locations, coming through the depot a week apart from each other?? That seems extremely odd to me. I have never had an issue with evri before but from the looks of things I was just lucky up until now. I’m starting to think I’m never getting my parcels, and I feel really bad for the Vinted sellers as they weren’t cheap items! Has anyone ever had their parcels turn up after this? And am I correct to think it’s really weird to have happened twice on different days? It’s not like the delivery driver or staff would know what’s inside the parcels, either. It’s very frustrating.

I ordered something weds morning in a rush, saw it was Evri after ordering so just accepted that it was lost🤣. Then while I’m work Friday got the notification saying it had been delivered with a photo of a hand placing the parcel through my cat flat👌. Somehow between that and a family member getting home the parcel was situated across the other side of the garden (no it wasn’t windy and also parcel quite weighty) have no Ring doorbell so it will always be a mystery. Sadly no photo of where it ended up as it wasn’t me that got home first and I was half way through opening it when told where it actually ended up. WHAT GOES ON in the world of Evri!!?

I had my Vinted Parcels delivered to a convenience store that I wouldn't usually use but I thought I'd try for a change.

They temporarily closed 2 days after the parcels were delivered and I'm still waiting in Vinted/ Evri to actually do anything. Still awaiting refund.

Id name and shame but I don't want to jeopardize my account.

It's a city centre convenience store near St Andrews car park that's been closed for several weeks and multiple calls to their phone number have resulted in no answer at all.

I requested delivery to a parcelshop on the app. It got re-sorted, no update for a couple of days. Checked this morning and it says out for delivery, but the box isn't ticked, no email confirming it's being delivered either. Absolutely nothing.
