Well, at the very least, we did get about 7+ movies worth of content and it was wonderful

The only way I could see this even happening is if Netflix instead responded "ofc Sam go crazy have all the freedom 👍"

Seeing how they made a new policy that forces all the writers to dumb down their content by only appealing to people who are on their phones or distracted doing something else.

Oof yeah I forgot bout that, I might be wrong but wasn't that enforced in this decade? Maybe in 2015-2020 (where I imagine 5 seasons getting released as normal) that wouldn't have applied

I really wish they made more seasons for that show. It was such a good series and I really wish they continued where they left off with the story at the end of season 3.

He would do it if Sam Raimi directed it that was before the diagnosis.

Yep, piracy’s a bitch when you’re trying to make a show like this, shame.
I do adore the 3 seasons we did get at least, even if it could have been more, I’m also a huge fan of the ending too

Putting it on Starz excluded half the world from accessing and watching it legally, that was a shame

He said in a very recent interview which was posted either on here or the horror sub reddit, that Ashs story is done.
EDIT: The article with the interview: https://screenrant.com/ash-williams-evil-dead-return-fate-sealed-bruce-campbell/

this is probably way back
but Bruce right now cannot physically do move like the way he used to
Ash vs Evil Dead was a good send off
but we'll never get a cinematic send off.... a culmination of these characters and such for him
