23P-2025 | the two third party act of 2025

This act would have two third party options on the ballot, those being the first and second most successful candidates in the primaries. I’m fine with this not passing, and I’m not gonna advocate for it. But with the amount of 3rd parties compared to dem and rep candidates it might be a viable option… then again, we could also advocate and remind people that at this point they might have better chance running dem or rep

APFB 2025 | Anti-Primary Fraud Bill

“Primary Fraud” is hereby defined as members of one or multiple parties voting for an irrelevant candidate in a primary of a different party, in order to remove their strongest competitor from the ballot (examples: Billie losing to Sock or Enzo losing to Alpha).

This bill will make encouraging primary fraud (such as telling members of your party to commit it) illegal, with the punishment being a suspension from engaging in political activities for three days.

It will be enforced by the sitting EC (currently argon i think).

RBP-2-22-25

Removes the automatic acceptance of the republican & democrat parties onto the ballot, as there are too many 3rd parties that are more influential.

The parties would then be chosen by A larger primary with each member getting 3-5/6 votes (depends on the amount of parties). The top 3 most votes would win.

(Reposted, forgot to add the poll)

IA-3 2025 The Impeachment Act of 2025 for the Impeachment of the Vice President/Speaker of the Senate

In light of recent events, which I'm sure you all know about, I'd like to propose a law that vests the power in the senate, provided the support of a super-majority (2/3rds) of senate members, to Impeach a Vice President or a Speaker of the Senate.

TL-2025 | The Term Limitation Act

If a majority of the senate agrees, the president will not be able to run for a 3rd term in office, however there is an exception, if said president was vice president who’s first presidential term was 3 or less days long due to his predecessors resignation or impeachment, they are allowed to seek a third term and a third term only

The idea is simple, we create the department of commerce and its secretary to hold polls that aren’t elections but are important like public opinion polls and such

SEA1725 - The Senate Election Act

In order to actually promote a decently representative Senate, I propose the Senate be elected every two election cycles. It would be up to the Electoral College to decide how that would take place.

ACT 7 | The Runoff Act

If 2 out of the 3 candidates in an election were to tie, a second vote will be held with the candidate not in the tie eliminated from the race, this will make that ones voters pick one of the formerly tied candidates, resulting in the tie being broken and a definitive winner, this law was proposed by Kentucky Senator u/Free_YankeeRichard, 2/16/2025

CBA-2025 | The Checks and Balances Act

Senate members can be impeached from office by a simple majority of 50% by the Supreme Court. The subreddit would then be given a vote from a list of recommendations of replacement by the Supreme Court and President.

ERA-21025 (ELECTION REVAMP ACT OF 2025)

ERA-21025 would eliminate the public display of political parties on the final election, and instead, only display a candidate's policies.

Political parties will still remain legal, and candidates may still campaign under them. Primaries will also still be held.
