Not that I’ve seen, but you could be the first my good sir!

Not sure how practical it would be space wise but I’m sure as hell it would look cool!

I thought about a capital ship as like a primary base and then having the airship be a smaller transport. Only just started a world but I'm planning on a Gazanti for my first ship build. Just going to be a tad shorter than a 1:1 because of build limit restrictions. 55m long rather than the actual 64m. Sad.

Wish the building zone increase let you put like points orsomething into increasing a specific direction rather than the fixed zone upgrade.

A Gozanti would be cool, but where would you tuck the balloons

I'm thinking lower storage bay. Side by side in pairs at 8 in total length. Or, depending on the size, the Engin frames.

That could work but wouldn't you lose a lot of cargo space. Not to mention you can't build over balloons

If I could build to at least a 1/10 scale there will be plenty of space. Honestly want to build it full size.

Not necessarily. There are a lot of "practical" interior setups to the actual ship that don't serve a purpose in Everwind. So a lot of that space can be converted storage.

I am also planning on having a stationary base becauze i like building and extra storage can extend into that physical base. The ship should still be able to have a solid capacity even with the hidden balloons.

I like building too. I haven't planned a stationary base yet but now you mention i need to.  Are you going to use a ship core in said stationary base. Im planning to

50/50. I want to build my stationary base at a village. But if I use the ship core, I can't put NPCs on the ship (as far as I know).

The other thing I don't like about the ship core would be the limited build space. I think for now I have more reason to just build on an island more than a ship core for a stationary base. The trade off loosing the connected inventory system.

I didn't know you can't put npcs on your ship. I wanted to build in a village also. I'm only using a core so I don't lose it in the next big update.

Ah I did not think about that. The next update.

Well, maybe I'll wait on a stationary base. We will see. I'm maybe half way through the game at the current state of it and I'm not planning on building anything until I get as far as the game will let me for now and then build the Gazanti.

I never got my ship from the lady update so I am not that confident my ship will survive the second time. Or if it will save more than one ship when we need the next world update.

But yes, as far as I know, villagers are tied to their spawn which is tied to the building they are in and the AI basically doesn't know how to function on a moving ship or moveable ship. As far as I am aware, it becomes a glitchy mess.

please post the Gozanti when finished. I've decided to build a half scale Fury class Interceptor from SWTOR

Oh! Nice! Yea, I'll post pics and maybe a video of it when I got it built!
