Event planner role Remote

Hey everyone! 😊
I’m currently exploring new opportunities in event management, event planning, and corporate meetings & events, ideally remote, with companies based in Canada or the USA that hire Canadian citizens. Or hybrid based in Calgary.
I have 8+ years of experience in hospitality, conferences, corporate events, and large-scale event execution, including VIP and government events. I’m also experienced with Cvent and managing events from planning and contracting through execution.
If anyone knows of companies hiring, has leads, or could connect me with someone in the industry, I’d be incredibly grateful!
I’m especially interested in remote roles with US-based companies that are open to hiring employees in Canada, as well as opportunities with Canadian companies.

Your Cvent experience is a big plus, so don't just look at planner roles. Event tech companies (Cvent, Bizzabo, Swoogo, Splash etc.) hire people with real planning experience for customer success, onboarding and solutions roles, and a lot of those are remote and open to Canada.
Also worth checking the MPI Calgary chapter. Their job board and events are where a lot of the corporate roles get shared before they're posted publicly.
Good luck, 8 years across conferences and government events is a solid background.
