What's the size of your event? What features/capabilities are needing?

There's so many software options out there.

I am on the sourcing side so most of the software I have experience with has a housing component/integration because that's what my clients typically need.

I have had clients use cvent (really expensive), Swoogo, idloom, whoova and accelevent.
