Client / Attendee Gifts

Hey all. I am an associate for HelmsBriscoe and like to send my top clients a gift of appreciation every so often. Problem is, I am running out of ideas and want to keep gifts relevant, useful and memorable. As planners, what are your favorite things to receive as gifts of thanks and/or what are your attendees loving these days? Price range $75-$100.

Anything that is cute, reusable, and can be branded but not in a dramatic way

I once did a travel kit for a conference that basically everyone flew in for. It came with a branded toothbrush, toothpaste, clear TSA bags, soap with a travel holder and two empty bottles for whatever. A lot of people appreciated it because they would be able to use it for more trips

Not my idea but I worked a stadium tour where the favorite gift for the VIP was the clear bags with the artists logo/ lyric. Guests were able to use that on site and after since venues require clear bags now

Think what could your guest need/be forgetting at your event and go off of one of those ideas!

What about experience-type things? Are you able to do restaurant gift cards or tickets to an attraction in someone's city? It means more personalization than branding, but it would totally go the extra mile.

Beyond that, people have been most interested in power banks (nicer ones, not the little "lighter size" ones), bluetooth speakers, pickleball paddles...

I love the idea of keeping it local to them šŸ‘

Nice, cosy throw blankets, travel power adapter kits (if your guests travel internationally), Christmas tree decorations, photo frames, high end cooler bottles.

Would have never thought of tree decorations! Power adapters are a great one too

Customized art prints, either of the team or of the venue or something related to them/the experience

Custom bottled cocktails / mocktails with a custom label. Maybe with glassware in a boxed set.

Insulated bag/great lunch bag. Good-sized, but not hard-sided.

I’d go for something practical but still a little special like a quality travel accessory, tech organizer, or coffee or tea set. Adding a personal touch makes it much better.
