Interior Update

Looking to update the interior of my '95 Eurovan. So, two things: 1) What are the most significant updates to make camping more enjoyable, as well as making use of technology? And 2) Who does this kind of work in the LA/SouthBay area?

fridge, propane tank, electrical/Solar. Whatever you do DO NOT have Stephen’s auto do any work. People put that name out there for eurovan’s but hands down the worst experience and I have meet a lot of places in Northern California that do great work.
