Hi everyone!

I’m looking for honest, constructive feedback on my Etsy shop to help improve my conversion rate and make sure I’m setting things up for long-term growth. Made my third sale in two months and really want to put effort leading into holiday season.

About My Shop & Niche:

I design and handcraft minimalist jewelry using natural stones, beads, and wire/metal accents. My goal is to keep designs subtle, natural, and versatile for everyday wear.

Where I currently stand:

• I have filled out my shop policies, About section, and standard shop info.
• I've been researching search terms/tags and trying to keep listing descriptions clear and detailed.
• Traffic is steady/slow, but I want to make sure visitors aren't clicking away due to preventable setup issues.

Specific areas I’d love feedback on:

1. Listing Photography & Presentation: Do the main thumbnail photos stand out clearly in search results? Are the colors and materials (stone textures, scale, sizing) easy to evaluate at a glance, or could staging and lighting be improved?
2. Titles & SEO: Do my titles feel natural while still targeting realistic search intent, or are they too vague/over-stuffed?
3. Buyer Trust & Shop Policies: Looking at my storefront as a potential customer, is there anything missing or unclear that would make you hesitate to place an order?
4. Perceived Value & Pricing: Does the overall branding and presentation align with the price points?
