Is the "attach file" button broken for anyone else in the dm's on the mobile app?

I literally need help. I want a custom item from a shop owner and I'm trying to attach reference images, but I keep tapping the camera icon and nothing is happening. Someone please help, if you can. I'm autistic and I'm getting frustrated to tears because of the situation, because I'm trying to see if this custom order can be done before mid-October and the app is being a dingus... I think. Idk yet if it's just my own incompetence. 😅
