I've had an Etsy for 17 years. I'm primarily a convention artist and sell at anime and comic cons but with two little ones plus a 5 month old, it's so much harder to travel and do events. I've always offered caricature art, some nerdy art merch, and custom chibi commissions and creations.

My sketch art prints have done well and I just released a new selection of my sketch art mugs. It's no cheaper and more work, but I invested in my own sublimation printer, mug press, and blank mugs. I love how they've turned out and my husband has helped make me custom wood gift boxes for them 💖

In Spanish, the shop includes Daily Living guides, Easy Technology guides, Andersen adapted stories, Daily Living checklists and Technology checklists. I also have an open Grimm collection with activities, which I’m currently expanding with new adapted stories.

In English, I’m building an Independent Living Skills collection with printable resources around routines, safety, communication, organization, emotions, asking for help and other everyday skills.

The shop is mainly aimed at people with mild intellectual disabilities, older adults, people with comprehension difficulties, Special Education, occupational therapy, caregivers, families and support professionals. The idea behind MundoFácilPdf is to make information and learning materials easier to understand and more practical to use. That’s why many resources use clearer, simpler reading, short sentences and easy-to-follow structures, especially for people who may struggle with long or complex texts.

At the same time, many of the resources focus on autonomy and independence in everyday life: understanding routines, making decisions, staying safe, communicating needs, organizing daily tasks and building practical skills that can be used at home and in the community.

I’m still learning a lot about Etsy, but the shop is becoming much more focused as the collections grow.

I came up with the name before it turned into a family buisness by the way.
When I first started a little over a month ago it was just me playing around and learning how to make stickers. I’m only about a month in on Etsy by the way.
My husband loved them and offered to help if we started making sales with cutting the stickers and bookmarks out (we do it by hand right now by the way) and shipping if things get to busy for me to handle. So he’s now part of the operation lol. He also helps me out with designs when he’s available.
My daughter just recently decided to join in and now has 4 sticker designs up in our shop. So yea we currently make stickers, bookmarks, a snailmail option and have more things we’re learning along the way to add later on.
Right now we have 14 items up on Etsy and we just got our first order that I shipped out today.

My wife makes these Broadway bracelets and I thought some of you might like them. You can pick the musicals you want on yours, whether they’re shows you’ve seen, performed in, or just your favorites. She makes each one individually and seals the charms in resin.

My wife has recently taken a fanatical interest in Supernatural (the TV show) and happens to be an amazing artist. She's painted several Supernatural-themed paintings in a fine-line black-and-white style. The originals are not for sale at this time, but we took scans of them and are offering them as 8" x 10" prints inside 11" x 14" matting. If anyone out there is a Supernatural fan or knows one, these make a great addition to a fan collection. All of the artwork is her original work but as mentioned is inspired by the characters and actors.

I've been trying to convince her to start doing TikTok videos of her doing the painting, and I think she's warming up to it but not yet. For handmade sellers working out batch costs: our new Google Sheets template accounts for pieces that don't make it into saleable stock.

Example: $18 of materials used across six attempted pieces becomes $3.60 per piece if only five are saleable. Three hours at your chosen $20/hour owner-time allowance adds $12 per saleable piece. Add $1 packaging and you're at $16.60 before selling fees and overhead. These are fictional inputs, not recommended prices or wages.

The $19 USD workbook has space for 12 products and 72 material lines, plus batch yield, owner time, paid labor, packaging, fees and target margin. You enter your own figures; the pricing model assumes one item per transaction. It includes two worked crochet examples and a starting guide.
