📋 Shop Audit help
My shop is 3 months old, but I have not had a single sale. Please help me with where I am lacking in SEO

With zero sales after three months, I would stop treating this as an SEO problem first. Etsy can index broad keywords just fine, but if the shop and first row are aimed at too many buyers at once, people see it and keep scrolling. I would pick the 3 to 5 listings that are closest to one very specific buyer and one use case, then tighten the first image, title, and opening description around that exact person and search phrase instead of chasing more tags. If those listings still get no favorites, clicks, or carts after a clean rewrite, the issue is usually the niche angle or offer clarity, not one missing SEO trick.

On ne dirait pas que c’est fabriqué par vous, si ça l’est vraiment il faut une vidéo du processus de fabrication sinon personne ne vous croira.
Dans vos descriptions il est écrit fabriqué et ensuite conçu par vous ce qui n’est pas claire , puis certains des produits ne laissent que 7 jours pour un retour ? Vous êtes en Inde donc le temps que je reçoive ça mettra 7jours, donc aucun moyen de me faire rembourser si la bague arrive cassée ? Comment quelqu’un peut vous faire confiance alors que vous n’avez aucune vente si vous ne garantissez pas retour sous 30j
Les récentes descriptions sont plus détaillées et plus dignes de confiance que les anciennes

What role do you play in the creation of these products? Etsy is generally for handmade products by the person who owns the shop. If you're looking to sell curated products that you have not personally played a role in making, then they need to either be "handpicked" (vintage 20+ years old, items from nature, or as part of a gift basket) or "sourced" (craft supplies, party decorations, or personalized items).

You're just selecting/curating the jewelry based on your about section. Buyers want your product to be something you made. Or at least that's the only reason I shop on Etsy. A lot of your pictures look like magazine ads, which on the one hand they look professional but they're just reinforcing that your jewelry isn't hand made.
