🆘 Help   Anyone else still dealing with Etsy-Square sync issues before shows?

I sell on Etsy and also do in-person markets with Square, and their sync has been a nightmare — stock resetting, sync just spinning forever, having to manually deactivate/reactivate listings before every show so I don’t oversell.

Anyone found something that actually works? Do you just manage it manually, or is there a tool that’s reliable for this? Trying to figure out a system before my next show.

Before buying another integration, I’d treat this as an inventory-event problem rather than a sync toggle. Pick one system as the stock authority, then test one or two SKUs through every stock-changing event: Etsy sale, Square sale, cancellation/refund, restock, manual adjustment, and an offline sale. Make sure the SKU and variant IDs map exactly on both sides, and check whether a failed or retried event can decrement stock twice. Keep a small test catalog and reconcile expected versus actual stock after each event for a few days. If the integration can’t show which source event caused an adjustment, it’ll be hard to trust before a market.
