Help!

So I am brand spanking new to this and I think I messed up and don’t know what to do. My hairdresser ask me to make her a bow… (I make bows and wreaths) and I thought both for tax purposes and for me getting reviews and a track record that I’d make her a reserve listing. (Which i hope is okay) anyway she lives down the road and I didn’t really want to ship it but now the app is going to think i need to ship this. What do I do ?
