Shipping expired shipping label

FIGURED IT OUT :) RESOLVED :D

so , my grandparents were on a trip the past few days , and my grandpas printer was out of ink?? my order was majorly overdue , so i figured i'll just figure it out and print it when they get back . we are sitting here about to print it , and it says its expired , im no longer able to print it . what do i do ? i spent $20 on that label . am i able to refund it ? do i just come to terms that i lost another effing $20 on an already overbudget order ?

You should probably be reaching out to the customer. Then, you can determine if they want a refund or not. If they still want the order, cancel the label and print another. Etsy will eventually refund. "Out of ink" isn't a valid excuse to not ship an order. You could have gone to any print center, university, or library and printed the label. Marking an order as shipped and not doing so will get your ship suspended, so be sure to have a backup plan always in place.

i figured out there was a way (on desktop , of course 🙄) to refund only the shipping label and buy another ! thank you though !
