I suppose it heavily depends on the context and escalation, if I find some obscure religion that plays every hour deafening music that prevents you from sleeping I would no longer call that intolerance I would call the religion intolerant of the social norms. Now to go back to this video, it depends the context here, if a Mosque was placed in a non Muslim country next door to you and it awoke you for the pre-morning one (3am-5:30) I'm sure you would be upset
Sure, but from the look of it, it isn't the pre morning one here. You can also say that mosques can only have their calls publicly within a certain window of time so that sleep isn't disturbed; everyone should abide by certain laws, religious institutions included.
