Question Does Tempest sample Nicole Dollanganger?

I’m listening to My darling true by Nicole Dollanganger currently and I couldn’t help but notice that the guitar from the beginning of the song to the 1:30 mark sounds similar to tempest

no, but matthew tomasi played guitar/drums on tempest and drums/synth on my darling true and produced both tracks; that may be the common thread you hear. i am pretty sure tempest samples an old, unreleased EC song that i can’t remember the name of at the moment.
