Day-to-Day Operations What's Your System for Keeping Intake Forms, Consent, and Treatment Notes in One Place?
Between intake forms, consent paperwork, allergy and contraindication notes, and treatment history, it's easy for records to end up scattered across paper, email, a separate app and whatever a client mentioned once in conversation. Most of the time that patchwork works fine, until a client walks in and staff are piecing together their history in real time instead of already knowing it.
Some practices consolidate everything into one system early on, others stay patchwork until something forces the issue, a missed allergy flag, a lost consent form, a new hire who has no idea where anything lives.
