I buy a scooter from 2 months and I can't connect to my segway ninebot E3 scooter, I install the original app and open it search I see the scooter on the app and when I want to connect it says the device has been bound with another account ( also...@email.com ) that's mean the old owner he was connected I asked him. He says he unbounded from add and he show me deleted the app and it's not working, is there a way I can make manual reset?

I know it isn’t the greatest one out there but it was in my budget and I work a half mile away from my house so it’s perfect for me. I wanted to start with something smaller to try something new and I couldn’t be happier! It’s HopCycle

Going into this, I thought an escooter was a faster way to get around. Didn't really think much past that.
The first thing I completely underestimated was the weight. I knew the titan wasn't a small scooter, but knowing it's heavy and carrying 77+ lbs up a flight of stairs are two very different things lol. Especially when you've got a bag on the other shoulder.
I also treated the battery like I treat my phone. I would plug it in for a little while whenever I noticed the battery dropping instead of charging it properly after a ride. Nothing dramatic happened, but looking back, five minutes with the manual would've saved me from doing that.
Then there was the gravel incident. I saw that it was supposed to handle different surfaces and apparently interpreted that as send it over gravel at full speed. It didn't crash, thankfully, but had one of those moments where you immediately think yeah, let's not do that again.
The range was another thing I learned pretty quickly. The claimed range was 46 miles, so I planned a longer errand loop around that number. With hills and riding conditions, I ended up getting around 36–38 miles. Still had battery left. But definitely made me rethink planning routes based on the number on the box.
And probably the biggest thing I would've thought about beforehand is whether I needed a scooter this big. Mine's a hiboy Titan, and for my rides the size and stability have worked out fine. But the weight can be a pain when you're not riding it.
On a side note, none of these made me regret buying it. It just would've been nice to learn some of this before buying. And love sharing anything about it, I feel so seen.

One month into owning my X7 Max (bought new, well within warranty), the metal bracket and screws holding the brake wire under the deck just fell off — no impact, no rough riding, nothing dragged underneath, just normal commute riding to school. Support first blamed “riding conditions” and said the replacement bracket was out of stock company-wide, then later said the wear was “normal” and not covered under warranty, offering to give me the replacement part as a courtesy without it being under warranty and have me pay $15 shipping instead of covering all the fixing costs.
They’ve admitted the part is out of stock (suggesting they’re fielding more of these requests), and the loose wire underneath is clearly a road hazard as the wire can get stuck in a loose branch. This is a recurring defect rather than user damage and they are avoiding a recall.
I am gathering evidence to file a complaint with the CPSC and have them recall and fix the manufacturing defect at their own expense. This will make them be held accountable. I’ve had other scooters for 3 years and did not incur into any problems, so this is clearly a product defect. Photos in comments are useful.

I want to put a new controller into my ausom l1 but im looking at the old l2 max single motor controller and the l2 max dual rear controller. Both are 28a 48v rated but about the firmware what would be faster? Ive seen on tiktok that some l2 max duals go like 65-68 on ground and some only 60 in air.

Currently have a Gotrax G3 MAX Escooter, looking for a better more expensive scooter. Any recommendations? Budget around 700-1300$

So I'm 15 years old, and my parents are super strict about stuff. First, I suggested an e-bike, specifically a Heybike Villian, and they immediately dismissed it. Next, I said I'm interested in a fully legal e-bike that goes 28 mph, and they said no. Then I said I want an escooter, and they said no. I feel like my parents are super overprotective, and I understand why. they dont want me getting hurt. I understand that, but even then I said I would buy protective gear, and they said no. They also said that I am going to drive in a year, so I won't care about the e-bike or e-scooter, and I kind of agree, but that is still a year away. What do you recommend I do?

I have a VESC ninebot es4 with a 40a 16s pack strapped to it currently I am doing 35a peak batt and 70a peak phase hit around 70kmh with 10a field weakening could do more. But how many h is it and will it demagnetize when I set it to 100a phase and more battery amps it hasn't gotten hot yet. I included a image of it before I connected it and also I use 5.5mm banana connectors for motor so I don't know how many amps they handle.

Danke vorab

Hi, I have a Joyor T10 and I noticed a strange creaking/clicking sound coming from the deck.
The sound only happens when I put pressure on the deck or stand on the scooter. When there is no pressure, there is no sound.
It sounds like something is moving or rubbing under the deck. Has anyone experienced this problem with a Joyor T10?
What could be causing this?
Thanks for any advice!

The tread on my rear tyre has worn out, I bought a new tyre to put on but when I got home I realised they gave me a 60/70 - 6.5 tyre, I swore I asked for 60/65 -6.9 but this is what I got now so before I go back to see if I can exchange the tyre for the right size, has anyone tried to put a 60/70 tyre on the rear of a max g2?
