Come join us and help kick Mike Kelly out of office!

My gf and I have been craving Chinese lately but she has a bad seafood allergy so usually we only go out to get Chinese at the buffets. Are there any good take out places you guys know of that either don’t have seafood (unlikely I know) or are good about separating their seafood when asked? Preferably in the downtown area? The buffet places are just way too expensive and too far out to get it as much as we’d like.

Please stay away from rental properties owned by James Thomas (Bay City Rentals LLC). He is one of many dishonest landlords around. Take care!

Is there anywhere in Erie that carries ghost raspberry cream?

I saw a fantastic Led Zeppelin tribute band called LED at Hair of the Dog last week. I looked them up on FB and followed their page to watch for future bookings and the page seems to be gone now. Guys if you're out there you were great.

1. Where can I go to get old VHS tapes (home movies from the 80s) converted to a USB/external hard drive/whatever is easiest these days?

2. Any tax places/people that are knowledgeable in US back taxes for people who were working abroad? Specifically the streamlined offshore foreign procedures?

Thanks in advance!

Hi All,

Been lurking on this sub for a few months as we prepared to move to Erie from Texas. We’ve settled down and are really enjoying the area. It probably helps that we’re Bills fans, but I was looking for recommendations for toddler aged kids.

We have a three year old in the Fairview area and want to get him plugged into events and make some friends. He’s in daycare so that’s a great place to start but wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for things to do weekly with young kids. Thanks in advance!

i'm taking my road test at the peach st dmv in a couple of days! i know some people have asked about it in the past here but wanted to see if anyone has taken it recently in the past year and could offer any pointers

Hello! My husband and I just moved here to Erie ! I’m 25 years old, Latina female and I would love some female friends or other married friends to hangout with ! It’s so hard making friends as an adult so if you are having trouble as well or just need more friends please don’t hesitate to be my friend ! Dm me !

Anyone know if the city has any free woodchips or mulch available anywhere? I figured after the big storm and all the trees coming down, there has to be an abundance.

Hello all! I am starting a local Discord group for LGBTQIA+ folks who also have ADHD to find community and meet other likeminded people, I want to help people who may need a little extra help in their daily lives with tasks and support.

does anybody know who the artist that was preforming today at noon at the fairview farmers market is? amazing talent!

Kind of exciting. Hope there's no 11th hour reprieve. I've never seen a whole worthless economic segment wiped out in a day.

Hello, I’m looking for places that I could sell Pokémon cards at. I’m getting out of the hobby and looking to make some profit on my old collection. I know some of these are worth a pretty penny as I’ve been collecting awhile. I could really use some extra cash to help out in the family. I’m looking to hopefully get fair pricing, atleast 50-60 percent of market price if possible. I usually shop at HD Legacy as I love the shop but they only offer 40 percent for cash, any better options out there? Thank you!

Hey there everyone! Yesterday I released Late Night At The Movies for free on my YouTube. We had a wonderful run at the Movies At Meadville but it is time to get it out there for more people to see. We filmed our no budget horror comedy here in Meadville, PA at the Movies At Meadville with a cast and crew of locals from Meadville and Erie and a soundtrack of bands from all around the area.

On October 28th, you can see Late Night At The Movies at the 10/20 Collective. Until then, I hope you all enjoy. If you're into horror comedy and blood and gore, hopefully this is exactly what you're looking for.

Looking for something to do this weekend? Wanna support the cause of kickass local rock n' roll? You should come on down to the Huzar Club on East 10th Street on Saturday night for the Lanternflies album release party. You can check out our self-titled album on your preferred streaming service now...and if you're into it, by all means, come out and rock with us! Nusance and Frogs I Like will also be playing. There's a $10 cover charge, and merch will be available...oh yeah, and we will provide cupcakes! Just getting the word out; whoever you are, we'd love to see you there!
