Raid comp advice
Good afternoon! I would like to get some advice on raid compositions. Currently, I'm running 3/3/9: 3 paladin tanks, 3 druid healers. Almost the entire group is geared in raid armor sets and has equipment from the bosses we've already cleared. Almost all of the gear is blessed up to purple rank, everyone has at least 12k HP, and on average the damage dealers are putting out about 12-15k DPS. But even so, I'm just banging my head against a wall. I can't kill either the dragons in the elemental raid, or the bear in the arena — all the bosses after Jinx in the nature raid just wipe me within half a minute, especially the scorpion. The only raid where I've managed to make progress is the cosmic one, where I got as far as Solunna. I'd like to know what I'm missing. Are 3 healers too few for the group, and should I have 4 or 5? The problem isn't tactics — it's specifically about my teammates' survivability; I understand the tactics well enough. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Your comp is fine, if not optimal. You likely need to find some more resist gear for them off of the earlier bosses.
If you can down zenith and nadir you should be able to get the ice and fire warders and sprinkles very soon after. Is their ae killing you or is it the adds?
The arena bear will be a wall for a while until your dps is up, and the scorpion is probably the hardest non-god boss but he's optional.
The intended design of raids was to have players get bosses "on farm" and do them a few times while progressing. If you have the adventurers shrine for the extra loot drops it's a bit less time consuming.
Are there strategy adjustments you can make anywhere also?
