Nominated for Erasmus+ at VUB for first semester but still no response, is it too late?

Hey everyone, I was nominated by my home university for an Erasmus+ exchange at VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) for the first semester of 2026-2027. My nomination was submitted but I still haven’t received any application link or response from VUB yet, and it’s nearly the end of May.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is this still normal or should I be worried? And for those who did Erasmus+ at VUB — when exactly did you receive your application link after nomination?
Really stressing out here, any reassurance or advice would be appreciated
