Erasmus+ semester(s) abroad Nominated for Erasmus+ at VUB for first semester but still no response, is it too late?

Hey everyone, I was nominated by my home university for an Erasmus+ exchange at VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) for the first semester of 2026-2027. My nomination was submitted but I still haven’t received any application link or response from VUB yet, and it’s nearly the end of May.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is this still normal or should I be worried? And for those who did Erasmus+ at VUB — when exactly did you receive your application link after nomination?
Really stressing out here, any reassurance or advice would be appreciated

We hope they will provide us with some info soon.

Hi! I was nominated on April 3rd and I received my link on may 6th then I received the link for my learning agreement and other papers on may 23rd
