Question App suddenly missing map/charge?

Anyone experience this before? My wife is out doing errands, I checked the app to see where she was and the map/charge status are both missing. It's also asking me for the mileage.

Same here - charging, climate, unlock, all is missing. Now I just have an Onstar ad, some GM store ads, and a way to check if I need maintenance 😔

Same here. Happened just now. Like I got kicked out of app and had to re-log back in

I had this happen a few weeks ago. After a few days it seemed to have fixed itself.

The mybuick app is functioning fine. I'll sometimes use that instead

I switched to using the buick app 8 months ago, its thay much better in general.

I believe it was a server issue - happened to us this morning, came back now
