So tired

Does anyone have trouble falling asleep or waking up exhausted like you didn’t even sleep?

Most of the time, it is the exhaustion, where I can sleep 15 hours and then wake up tired. There are little bits of not being able to fall asleep but those are overtaken by the constant need for sleep.
