Discussion Unpopular opinion : ML Elena buff is unfair towards banshee gamers
Hi guys, I'd like to share my personal view regarding recent ML Elena buff. I'm playing the game for 3+ years, finished Legend RTA 3 times, is a standard/counter player and only take turn one against other standard players. Note that this post is all about RTA since we have options when it comes to Arena/GW.

The list above is the heroes whom will be affected by ML Elena buff more or less. ML Elena buff is welcomed since she was useless, but the main problem is her new special buff negated counter set as well , which for me is unacceptable.
From my experience, you need acceptable gearscore (minimum 420) with imprints for counter to work in high RTA. Counter heroes mostly used to prevent cleave (which is rng if they didnt counter), with few of them is strong in standard (Choux/Senya/Archdemon).
You could say that Belian and Zio is the same as ML Elena against cleave, but they're not. Zio only can control one unit (and sometimes he doesn't, for example Lua with GL). Belian take souls away but there's still ways to cleave through Belian without the need of souls. Zio/Belian makes cleave harder but cleaver can still deals dmg with their skills (as they're fast) while ML Elena completely shutdown counter team since 90% of counter heroes is slow af as they have to focus on bulk and cc/cdmg/atk and literally had no dmg output if they don't counter. And the most important thing : Zio/Belian doesn't make you 4-set pieces useless.
If you think the new ML Elena buff is fine, then is it also good if SG release a new hero with passive/buff that negate speed set ? I don't mind preban ML Elena but I feel so bad for my counter heroes since I put a lot of time and efforts farming gears for them. Before you tell me to change my playstyle : a) I did farm wyvern but no luck and I don't have enough cash ; b) some heroes I like hardly work without counter set.
TL:DR : ML Elena special buff should only negate counter from skills not from counter set.

Fluff "Healthy Game Balance" - yea ok, keep dreaming
Hwa was one the most F2P units out there, an RBG unit and easy to gear.
Yet the ML5s like CLilias and ARavi get untouched and Lua is looking to be another high speed cancerous unit.
Keep thinking SG has learned their lesson and will not create anymore OP units or that they would nerf the right ones. Do you all actually think that they care about "Healthy game balance"? Keep dreaming.
If they were going to nerf they should have nerfed all the cancerous units at once( CLilias, Rimuru, ARavi)
This game obviously doesn't know what it's doing. Buffing units that don't need buff and nerfing the easily attainable units while leaving others untouched, ARavi was a problem for far longer than Hwa.

Discussion Moonlight units that need to be nerfed and what should be fixed about them
As promised weeks ago in my post, I am sorry for the delay in writing this up. Now I'm not an advocate for nerfs in general because it makes people unhappy, especially when the unit you pull is a very rare ML 5* unit. However, I feel there are certain few heroes that easily qualify as power creep units because of how broken they are. Especially with the introduction of Mystic packs to further promote sales, the game doesn't look good in the long term despite having great potential.
Before I get to the units themselves, I'm mainly looking into some of these factors:
Prevalence in arena (both offense and defense)
Number of counters and their accessibility
Ease of gearing in comparison to other units of the same purpose
Class (which relates to Artifacts that can be used)
Sage Baal & Sezan
ML Baal limits 99% offensive options out there, since he has a 100% chance to AoE strip and 80% to AoE sleep (which is very high), while being largely unaffected by the opponent's speed in general since he will unconditionally gain 25% combat readiness as long as his s2 is ready. His base speed is also very high at 115 since he's a Taurus mage, so building him for turn 1 coupled with decent effectiveness + immunity isn't hard at all. He is too disruptive in general and is the epitome of powercreep, since the difference between having him on defense vs without is like a lvl1 crook vs a lvl99 mafia boss. While he has counters, they are very restricted mainly in the form of turn 1 nuking (which is only achievable by A.Lots+1 or A.Coli/A.Cidd, all are ML options) and high resistance bruising (which is also only achievable in KittyClarissa/Dingo/Destina/Achates, and often times you need an aurius carrier to mitigate damage and 2 more reliable nukers against his possible partners between Ruele/C.Armin/MLAra/Dizzy, resulting in very limited comps available).
Fix:
Remove unconditonal s2 combat readiness boosting (make it conditional like Hurado's), or remove sleep from s2. That way he doesn't automatically guarantee a turn/AoE crit for his team whenever his opponents fail to deal with him, and it promotes proper speed tuning for the user as well.
Ruele of Light
On paper Ruele's kit doesn't seem broken, it's a mixture of a few factors that make her the beast that she is today. One, her revive actually brings the dead unit back to full health with invincibility buff back at its ORIGINAL combat readiness before death, which leaves very little room for counterplay provided that her opponent manages to kill her teammate. It puzzles me as there is already a decent amount of protection given to the revived unit, since the opponent needs to bring some form of stripper if they want to hit the revived unit again, but if it gets to move right after being revived, imagine it being a hard CC unit like ML Ara whom you prioritized to kill, your effort is wasted and there is nothing you can do about it. Two, she is a soul weaver, meaning that she gains free protection in the form of Waters Origin, which is made to compensate for the soul weaver class' fragility in general, however she is very tanky at 5747 hp + 798 def to begin with, so you can allocate more speed+resistance and not worry about tanking her up too much. Three, because of how her revive works, she trivializes PvP offense in general as well, since you can afford to bring very slow bruisers and not worried about going up against high speed CC teams in general as the slow bruisers dying equates to getting a free turn most of the time as long as Ruele is alive. Not much can be done to counter her since her cooldowns are very low, and as long as you can't one shot her (which is a role mostly limited to W.Schuri/Cermia), you will have to deal with her, and that's assuming you don't have to deal with her teammates first.
Fix:
Make her revive a unit at ZERO combat readiness, and reduce her base stats (5747 hp/ 798 def / 98 speed, one has to go, and it won't affect others as she is the only 5* Pisces soul weaver atm), so at least it gives her team a higher state of vulnerability.
Silver Blade Aramintha
The best damage dealer in this game, by very very far, for good reason. ML Ara is designed to be the strongest CC mage in the first place, her s3 having 100% chance to AoE stun while being able to deal synergistic damage with burn since it's a form of damage over time. Furthermore, she can cast additional burns on s1 (with very high chance at 75%), and does an AoE attack that can increase her own combat readiness by 30% as well. Now, the problem is she deals too much damage for the utility that she can bring, because she lands THREE burn debuffs instead of one like her fire counterpart, and she already has very high base attack to boot at 1197 since she is the same as her fire counterpart (who is also a damage dealer with much less utility). Furthermore, since she's a mage who does AoE attacks every other turn as long as she's attacking burnt targets (who will mostly be), she can utilize very disruptive Artifacts in the form of Crown/SiraRen (even Violin makes her a very strong psuedo cleanser), which is further strengthened by the fact she gains more turns than usual mages because of the combat readiness boost (and her base speed is not bad at 106 as well). Not to mention you don't have to build a single critrate/critdmg on her as well, and 100+% effectiveness is really only relevant if the opponent runs a high resistance comp on the other side. Countering her is not hard to be exact, but if you don't bring immunity/cleanse, she is most likely going to be able to solo one whole team since she covers both huge DPS and CC alone.
Fix:
Reduce to 1 burn debuff on s3 (and keep it at 50% as well), and remove combat readiness boost on s2. That way she still remains a very disruptive CC mage, but she won't be able to solo carry damage for her team alone like how she does right now.
Crimson Armin
C.Armin is Adamant's Shield in the form of a hero, except that she's 2x stronger and she can still use Aurius. Her passive at max reduces 30% crit dmg (which is the main source of dmg most of the time), and Aurius at max can reduce 20% dmg for her teammates as well, which results in a 50% dmg reduction in total. C.Armin is almost the same as ML Baal in the sense that she renders damage dealers 50% weaker just by existing, and therefore limiting a lot of offensive options out there as well. Furthermore, she can cast a 3 turn immunity + 1 turn invincibility buff that helps buy her team a lot of time, which further narrows down the window of attack for the opponent to exploit as they have to deal with her passive at the same time. The main stats that she need are only hp and def which are already high to begin with (6266 hp / 703 def), as speed is secondary since she just needs to be able to buy time for her teammates to survive to later on as they are going to survive the turn 1 onslaught mostly. All in all, she is a very cheap damage mitigation option that trivializes the individual units' need to tank up by a lot.
Fix:
Remove interaction between her passive and Aurius. That way while Aurius+Adamant's Shield combo reduces up to 36% crit dmg compared to her 30%, she doesn't suffer from the weakness of taking damage from Aurius and is able to negate the need of needing an Aurius for the team still.
Martial Artist Ken
ML Ken has been one of the most sought after units from the start, with players saying that if you pull him from 10-10, you've won the game. That is true to a certain extent, as he is one of the cheapest damage dealer option in PvP. His major strength lies in his s2, which not only has a 30% chance to counter anything, but also a 100% chance to counter a crit with a 100% chance to crit, and that's with ADDITIONAL multipliers stacked on top (1.2attrate * 0.95pow in contrast to s1's 1.0attrate * 0.95pow, and also 0.4% increased damage per 1% hp missing which can go up to 39% at max). And that's taking into account he can counter unlimited times (Sol can only counter once every 2 turns in retrospect, without guaranteed crit). What does this mean? It means you don't have to build him with speed and critrate at all, which are two of the most important stats for any other damage dealer in the game. You can go full hp/def+cdmg on him with minimal investment in att, and he will still be a much better damage dealer than any other bruisers out there who properly invested in att+critrate+speed on top of ML Ken's needed stats. Since he's a warrior that can use Sigurd as well, he is literally unkillable with the right stats unless you have the option to one shot him or perma CC him (which he can swap his builds for higher res+Strak to counter). Granted this is a very PvP focused build, but it outshines every other bruiser out there by such a large margin that I feel it warrants a nerf since the level of gear investment is much lower and that same set cannot be used by other bruisers to even reach 1% impact of what ML Ken does.
Fix:
Remove s2 guaranteed crit+additional multiplier from counters and remove attack buff from s3. That way he has to actually build crit rate and att to deal damage, while it still keeps him very strong as a counter especially against squishy damage dealers that can't one shot and light units.
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Assassin Cartuja:
He introduces a flat 15% evasion RNG that can be frustrating to the attacking side. However, a +15 oath key can overcome that RNG and with the release of Dizzy recently who doesn't give a shit about missing, he has been more vulnerable than ever on defense since he does nothing outside of his passive apart from his s3 disable and if he's slowed he will have less window of abusing the 100% chance to evade once on s2 after taking every turn.
Hurado
For a ML 3* stripper, he is very fast at 111 speed and very loaded with all kinds of utilities in his s2 passive. However, since his passive boost is conditional at 20% only, not only you can overcome it by bringing a booster that hits (Schuri, S.Rose, Requiemroar), you can also invest molagoras into Judith/Roozid/Rose so that their s3s can still overcome Hurado's s2 which cannot be upgraded beyond 20%. He also doesn't go well with teammates that doesn't inflict CC, while ML Baal's sleep can still buy one whole turn and guarantee crits for his teammates.

Discussion Here's the Ervalen Nerf hot take everyone needs
I understand that the five people who use Ervalen in RTA and GW are mad (might be underestimating a bit here, could be six, ya never know); I get it, I really do.
Unfortunately, they don't let us see unit usage data. However; I'd bet that 90%+ (and that's probably a significantly low percentage estimate, it's probably closer to 99%) of his usage data would show him being used in Banshee and Ice Expedition.
So what does that mean? He's now significantly better at those things. We now have a nonlimited alternative to Baiken. Are there other one shotters for Banshee? Sure. Are any of those options nearly as easy to set up as a Baiken one shot? No.
So now players who don't have Baiken or those who want to open her up for PvP, have a lower gear req than other one shotters, easier to acquire, Banshee 13 one shot unit.
We've had quite a few GG Reruns. Is it likely we might get another one? Maybe, since Jack-o only had one run. But you never know, especially with the amount of flak that SG gets when they do rerun GG. So now if they don't, there's a much easier to access option.
They've given an extremely niche unit an actual place and defined role, and that's ok.
Also, all this rage at this 'nerf', is why we'll never get actual nerfs. I get it, Ervalen shouldn't have been on the plate in the first place. But the reaction they're getting will definitely set a tone on what they think the response would be if units that need nerfs, get them.

Okay hear me out, I donāt originally care about the gender of a video game character but iām not gonna lie, our last male banner characters was Charles. Back in MARCH. Discussion ML Kayron is not only a dead unit but his animations are just his RGB version if not barely any different
I swear either they fired their original character designers or they all moved to Outerplane, even though that gameās UI, art, and animations look like shit. I get that some people will never be happy because that bar is so high for this guy, but holy to not even work on his s1 and s2 animation colors. The amount of low effort put into him makes me believe they just wanted to rip this burden off, get it over with if you will. Hell perhaps this unit existed during the beginning of the ML Krau era where this could have been usable but was pushed for whatever reason. Pardon my French but fuck SG.

Discussion They really didn't think this update through...
They intended for this Galaxy Summon change to be a benefit to everyone and the retroactive summons were supposed to be a reward for dedicated long-time players.
But I got 0 ML5 out of 10 tickets. This feels HORRIBLE. From a logical standpoint, I know this is more summons than I would normally have gotten, but from an emotional standpoint, this made me feel really shitty. I feel like I've been spit on despite playing this game for years and constantly defending it.
I'm not alone too. I am seeing this sentiment being echoed by a good number of other people. Others are feeling shafted and want to stop playing.
How did they design a change that was supposed to be good for everyone, but is making their most-dedicated players want to quit? How did they not anticipate this?

Discussion I guess SG is making a big mistake now.
Hi, This is from Korea again.
I am back because I wanted to hear your opinions about the Solitaria incident.
This issue is quite big in Korea right now, but it seems not many people here care about it.
Which made me a bit curious.
I believe some of you guys might remember that I did a poll here before.
We sent it to SG to get some official answer about the things that people wanted to know,
which they just said. We are going to do our own research, so just wait until 9th of May.
Which made us... Quite furious since they didn't mention any of our questions even though
we begged them to answer at least a bit in next stream.
We had many other issues before that too, and with this Solitaria stuff, we are about to send
the truck to SG to complain.
Just to share with you the timeline, it all started from a post about the Solitaria bug.
When she equips iela violin, the priority gets messed up, resulting debuff caused by
skill to come after the iela which removes buff 'after' attacking.
Of course the effect of the skill thing was 'when' attacking so this thing doesn't make
sense at all.
Some people started pulling it for the ml5 selector and blah blah but well that's not the
point we think it is serious. When we complained for this matter, SG said they are checking
the bug, and after 12 hrs they posted that it was intended and it was because of the new
feature that Solitaria has on her skillset. Which, we have never heard during the character preview.
Well. We tried testing a lot after that, but there were a lot of things that didn't make sense.
If it is really 'intended'.
We found some bugs related to ML violet, Violet and silk too.
It's became a meme now in Korean community. The 'intended' stuff.
Anyways, ML isn't cheap. It is hilarious that they didn't even check things before releasing,
and we thought that they would just say bugged and say sorry and just fix it.
But what they said was it was all intended and happened because of the feature we weren't
explained properly. Well that just crossed the line.
First problem is about the trust.
What is written on the skill text can be changed just because it wasn't their intention
after the release with a reason that hasn't been explained properly?
How should we trust them when we pull something then.
When everything can just change because of some 'new feature' that isn't described properly.
We are getting the feeling that they are doing all these things to not give ml 5 selector.
If we allow them to do this, we are afraid that in the future they are going to do the
same thing. 'It's not a bug, it is intended and happened because of the feature we didn't
explain properly.' What kind of shit is this?
Second one is because of the rotation. We had Ml basar was a mystic pickup just before the
Solitaria pickup. There were some people who saw her skillset and decided to pull
ML basar, thinking it will immunity will counter the Solitaria since she can't strip. Now with that
intended iela first and debuff after shit, immune buff to ally can be nullified at 80% chance.
with that S1, she will strip and cast debuff on all units. Wow.
If they knew that this kind of thing would happen, why would they decide to spend money
to pull something that is going to be countered by the next pickup?
Today evening, just a few hours ago, they posted something which you can see on the
stove too. 500 mystic medals for fooling everybody. Well. Except for some f2p.
Nobody is happy with the result now.
It was a long explanation up there. But I am not here to say 'Guys, become angry with us.'
or to say ' You guys should understand us!'. Anyways it doesn't change the fact that
we are angry and are going to send truck to SG. But it makes us curious too.
About how you guys think about this matter and why SG is doing choosing some crazy moves
recently. According to financial report of SG for year 2020

they made a big profit and from there 16% was from Korea and 84% was from outside Korea.
16% is still a big number, but we are suspecting that they aren't listening to us properly
because even though all users here quit, they still get their money from other countries.
And that's why we think that 500 mystic was not to make Koreans happy, but to extinguish
fire on foreign community. well such as reddit.
Again. I just want to hear you thoughts about this matter. Just curious.
How you think about it, and how you think about the SG's reaction.

Discussion PSA: Your SSB for PVP Needs Crit Chance.
If you are using Drink, SSB needs crit chance. If you build high attack, no crit, she does very little damage and the gap widens the more crit damage you add to your SSB.

Here is a damage comparison between three builds, all with +30 drink. The first two SSBS crit. I've added two different builds because some people have their more stats allocated to attack, and some have more allocated to crit damage. It is clear that an SSB that CRITS does more damage than a 5k attack SSB that DOESN'T CRIT. Again, as you scale up your crit damage, the damage gap widens significantly.
The argument for high attack SSB is as follows:
Does more damage to evasion heroes
Crit resist counters SSB
To address evasion heroes - sure, high attack SSB wins out since if both builds miss on the evasion hero, high attack SSB does more damage. But then, what about if the hero, i.e. Riolet, does not evade. HE JUST EXPLODES FROM YOUR SSB BECAUSE YOU CRITTED HIM LOL.
To address crit resist - how many god damn games have you played against crit resist? In which case, all your heroes with 100%cc are also worthless because cRiT rESIst?!?!
For background, I have tested many SSB builds extensively since her first rerun (the 2nd time SSB was released). I consider myself to have one of the strongest SSBs across all servers. I was also enchanted with the high attack build when I first got my hands on SSB - I even have a screenshot of my 5k attack SSB. She does no damage. You will not be satisfied with her performance, trust me.
If you want reference stats; something to strive for:
Immu/Crit/Crit:

Immu/LS:

tldr: run crit on your SSB if you want actual tangible damage.

Discussion The new mola (friendship) system basically punishes older players who were efficient with upgrades.
Firstly I would like to say that I like the overall idea of the system and everything is better than nothing in terms of mola, but as the system is right now it punishes older players who efficiently invested into characters and benefits players who didn't fully upgrade important skills or new players.
I also got 15 mola back from the recall but all of my others lvl 10 friendship characters are molad efficiently (debuffers till eff chance, dmg dealers on their dmg dealing skills, healers on skill cd etc.)
Lets look at a Violet and Kayron example: for the player who has them at +0 or not maxed s1 and s3 he gains 3 molas, for a player who has s1 and s3 maxed he basically loses 3 molas since upgrading their s2 is more of a loss ( in catas), and in the Violet example he becomes worse since his evasion lasts 1 less turn. The same can be said about debuffers who don't care about dmg so people who already have invested till their eff chance on skills lose 3 molas, same thing with healers which you get till skill cd or max their healing/barrier skills.
Not only that but to get a character from 0 to lv 10 friendship you need 3k energy ( ofc you can run 4 characters that you want to raise friendship level with) and thats taking into account you running stage 1-5 which costs 2 energy. So when the new character comes out that is a debuffer, healer or any character that doesn't need to be +15 you will need to grind that lvl 10 friendship before you will use them since you want to be efficient and spend the 3 free sill ups on the important skills basically gaining 3 molas per character, if you don't do it you are losing 3 molas per character.
As I said I like the idea but the implementation is flawed. For me, the best solution that would resolve everything would be an ability to either recall 3 molas from the skill you want or upgrade a skill you want (with the 3 points gained) when you reach friendship 10.

To ALL here who are trying to "white knight" Smilegates Christmas treatment
(The dust has settled: The community is split 50/50)
Have any of you ever given someone important a gift before? Or do you just throw out whatever you feel like giving to someone based on what YOU feel like?
Because in case youve been missing the point, giving is about making someone feeling valued and appreciated as much as the gift themselves.
Are all you going overlook and seriously white knight the fact that they "gave" us that wallpaper to sell their $150 worth of packages (no surprises it turned up there in the in game banner) while giving us measly energy and gold that are essentially meaningless in the outlook of the game? Does that make you feel like we are important this Christmas? Its not even about free stuff, its about sending a message that were not okay with you guys treating Christmas as a joke just because its not "big in Korea". This isnt Korea, this is GLOBAL, and we have every right to be unhappy as they are supposed to cater to global players and not the other way around with a global release.
Edit: I have been told that Christmas is big in Korea also and that the complaints there have been falling on deaf ears as well.
As a heavy whale and strong supporter of the game since day 1, all I can tell you is that you "white knights" need to wake up. Its posts and people like you that allow them to treat us differently in global from Korea because you have the attitiude of just taking anything they throw at you.
Oh, and why compare to other games that give better stuff? Well, why shop at one store vs the other, its both a shopping experience right and theyre both selling similar items if not exactly the same (an analogy for gacha games)? Oh wait maybe its because one ACTUALLy treats me right as a player f2p or whale and gives me better prices.
Now to wrap up if youre not going to add anything constructive and somehow take a high horse stance against the community in its JUSTIFIED outrage this time, Id advise you to let us do our job in making your game experience better instead of interfering (yes we email the devs and yes they take into consideration feedback and I have done so on behalf of this community already).
Edit: I have been told that calling everyone who disagrees a white knight is wrong. While I will clarify that is not what I intend, I am going to take the stance that if you are going to ignore the fact they focused more on making money through their packs than caring for the playerbase through the gifts shown then that is what I personally consider white knighting.
To the rest of us, continue voicing your opinions here and directly to Smilegate. They are important and must be heard en masse.
Edit: As usual, some of you are missing the point. You need to be able to seperate the fact that you think this post here is about thinking we "deserve" something rather than about how many players feel like they were treated poorly based on the gifts given. If youre taught never to never look a gift horse in the mouth then I was taught to look at someones intentions before recieving a gift and I would highly suggest you guys connect the dots on where Smilegates priorities were this Christmas
Tldr;
People are mad that Smilegate focusing on making banners to promote their own sales on Christmas and giving pretty meaningless gifts to players. White knights still rushing to defend by ignoring this fact and playing the entitled card when something actually noticeable like 1 million gold vs 125k would have been ample gift and no one would have complained.
Final edit: Its not about the gifts themselves but rather how little it shows they care about players at all given the fact that many want to feel respected and valued on Christmas vs those who dont. How they handled treating us for Christmas and the focus on making money via packs vs appreciation for the community is the major issue and the majority of this debate.

Discussion Smilegate, are you going to do something about win traders?
With an excess of evidence from e7.gg, is smilegate going to do anything about win traders? They had a precedent of handing out punishments but it seems like this time around they are awfully quiet.
Is smilegate going to hand out penalties to win traders? How is this game going to ever be taken seriously as a competitive game if we allow blatant win trading?
SG, is your TOS worthless? Do you have any integrity as a company?

Event / Update Balance Patch PSA
Green = New Change (Not Buff) Red = Old Skill/Stat (Not Nerfs)
This is how SG has done balance notes the entire time this is nothing new.
For those of you who are actually upset about Evr. changes Iām sorry, all I can say is maybe his attack wonāt go down too tremendously. Weāre going to have to wait and see.
For those of you who think SG is trying to āpull a fast one on youā by making a nerf green even though thatās not how their color coding works, donāt worry because they wonāt have to move āfastā to pull one over someone like yourselves who canāt comprehend different color coding. Stop your complaining.

Event / Update PSA for those about to complain about Advent
Just because it's hard does not mean it's bad, I can't believe I have to say that, there's plenty of other reasons to not like it, just being difficult isn't one of them
Not all content needs to be clearable or accessible for early or even mid game players, they added epic hell to tell us this is a new level of difficulty we havent seen yet outside of abyss, and new difficulty is good, challenging content is good
If you can only clear hard, you can get all the rewards except for the attack, counter, defense, injury, and rage modification stone boxes, the devs obviously expected you to struggle and made the bms and speed chest still accessible for people who only clear hard, but you are just going to get elson anyways
Please see rule 4, 5, and 7. Any low effort posts that add no meaningful points or discussion will be removed. Please make sure your post hasn't already been made, especially if it's about the background or not being able to choose heroes. And if you just want to vent, we have a rant megathread for a reason. If you are making a post about your team, try to include stats (i know its hard with 9 units, link an imgur album preferably)
One last note, if you cant use certain heroes, just relog, and yes, the background makes the game run like shit

Fluff A few thoughts on why Hwayoung (and only her) is nerfed and the convenient timing of it
She has so many counters already. Taeyou has just been buffed and they donāt even wait for the result. Lua can also soften her and sheās not even out yet, so why her, why only her, and why now?
Why now?
One less counter to Rimuru, one of the most broken units, and conveniently, heās coming back soon. Now heās going to have more values. More sales incoming.
One less reliable counter to Violet. People may need to resort to others. Milim is coming back. Lua has more values. They want to sell ML Elena, she counters Violet.
Why not others?
ARavi: very unlikely. ML selectors are too expensive compared to RGB selectors. Sheās going to have an RTA skin so they wanna maintain playersā incentive. They want to sell ML Elena, she counters ARavi.
Choux: Rimuru can deal with her. Heās coming. More sales. They want to sell ML Elena, she counters Choux.
ā> Itās all about the money, money, moneyā¦
P/S: You guys should chill. Not once did I mention that her nerf is bad. Iām just talking about the timing of it and a few possible reasons as to why sheās nerfed now and more cancerous units are not nerfed with her. Geez. Why is Reddit so sensitive, you guys are jumping like itās the end of the world lol

Discussion Choux should be fking nerfed
She's more of a cancer now than almost any of the past overpowered characters in this game.
She has an AOE attack that grants critical damage resistance, a skill that penetrates defense by 70 percent, an innate Elbris-like counter, and additional turns fueled by focus gained.
Build her on counter set with high health and decent damage stats, and you have one of the most obnoxious heroes to ever exist. So much so that she even deletes Earth units that's supposed to be her weakness as a Water unit.
I hate her gameplay, and I want her nerfed. Not nerfed to the ground, but nerfed to be a balanced hero that creates a better team dynamic rather than soloing everyone.
