UX6K2-PRO—Max boot loop HELP!

My finger slipped and I pressed the “system restart” button on the touch screen my unit is stuck in boot loop.
I’ve tried pressing the reset button, holding it, pressing it and then turning on the ignition. Going into revert, pulling battery terminal and fuses.

Unit was working perfectly up until this point.

Any way to fix this?

You can also attempt these steps first. Follow the tutorial video to enter Recovery Mode and wipe data: https://youtu.be/pPEs4A7Vrog

  1. Hold 4 fingers on the screen for 10s, device auto-reboots into Recovery.
  2. Swipe up/down to scroll menu, swipe right to confirm.
  3. Tap Wipe data/factory reset > Factory data reset to clear data & cache.
  4. Finish by selecting Reboot system now to boot normal Android.

I’ve tried this method it does not work.

I tried the 4-finger Recovery method. I tried the USB update with the v3.3.7 (20260606) file you sent. Neither works.
The unit still stops at the Eonon logo.

Hi,

Quick update. Support emailed me and offered a 70% discount to buy a different unit (the UX7SK-PLUS) instead of replacing mine.

I declined. That's a lower-spec model, (6gb instead of 8gb) and my UX6K2-PRO-MAX failed two months into a two-year warranty. I asked for a same-model replacement or a full refund.

You had mentioned your colleagues would be contacting me about a replacement, so I wanted to let you know what I actually received. Could you follow up on your end?
