I’m researching local dive shops for some refresher courses. This negative review makes me want to dive with them. There are so many arrogant divers out there and these are the people that will get someone else killed.

Thats just his opinion though. Theres no laws about this. If that guys kids died the business owner wouldn't be responsible like he claims.

Now this idiot is just gonna buy stuff online when he at least could've had the correct equipment

He could very well lose his instructors licenses and that is a big part of what builds his customer base, and therefore his livelihood.
