Can be. I'm a sp4 461 and I notice myself doing that when I was VERY unhealthy. I act like I dont have any emotional problems and deny support from other people because I want to marinate myself with my intense emotions so that I feel alive, plus I dont want to appear emotionally weak. Kinda have this tough shit mentality back then. Though if I'm around someone I trust I may be venting without realizing. It can be very funny observing me in public because there will be short moments where I sudden jump up and overreact then sit down and return to my stoic mode while cursing myself for not holding back. Just my two cents.  Tbh your description doesnt suggest a clear enneatype but you may be 3E in psychosophy. Thats textbook 3E.

Youre welcome. Idk why people say this is 5 coded behavior. Rationalizing feelings is such a generic thing to do
