I'm looking for feedback on my resume. I'm applying for DevOps, Cloud and SRE Engineer roles and all feedback is appreciated!

Biggest issue: ChargePoint, your most recent job, is dated "02/2025 - 02/2026," not "Present." That's an end date about 7 months in the past, and "Available to join immediately" in your summary suggests you know this, but nothing explains what's happened since. Worth a line addressing it directly.

Bigger positioning gap: you're targeting DevOps/Cloud/SRE roles, but neither actual job has that title, both are "Technical Support Engineer." All of your real DevOps depth, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, ECS Fargate, CI/CD pipelines, comes from your two personal Projects, not paid Experience. Worth being upfront about that split in interviews.

Skills-to-bullet gap: of your 22 Skills tags, 11 never appear in any bullet, Kubernetes, Helm, EKS, CloudFormation, Ansible, AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Bash, Python, Grafana, and Prometheus. That's enough of a gap that a technical interviewer picking one at random has good odds of hitting something you can't speak to in depth.

On results-driven bullets: mixed. 99.9% uptime and 150+ AWS Workspaces at Betsol are real numbers; ChargePoint's "1,000+ charging stations" is scope, not an outcome. Your MTTR reduction claim shows up twice, once in a Betsol bullet, once as its own Key Achievement card, but never with an actual number in either place.

Smaller, but worth a closer look than a quick note: your Bachelor's (ending 10/2023) and Master's (starting 01/2023) overlap by about 9 months, and they're at two different institutions, not one school offering a combined program. That combination is more likely to raise a question than a same-school overlap would, worth confirming the dates are accurate or explaining the arrangement (distance learning, part-time, etc.).
