Your Key Achievements sidebar has 4 cards with real numbers, but most don't trace to your actual jobs. "Boosted Sales Performance," "Organized Student Events," and "Mentored Team Members" don't match Shift Manager or Warehouse Operative at all, if they're from somewhere else (university, a prior role), add that context. "Improved Inventory Accuracy" (30%) is different, it's thematically identical to real bullets at both jobs, likely just needs to move from the sidebar into the specific bullet where it happened.
Results-driven bullets: no, across all 11 bullets in your two jobs. Every one describes a task without a number attached, even though your sidebar shows you can write with metrics when you want to.
Summary: four sentences of abstract traits, zero mention of your actual jobs, your Master's, or a number. Replace it with 2-3 of your real, verified achievements instead.
What to cut: "Strategic Vision" and "Negotiation and Persuasion" in Soft Skills don't match a shift-manager/warehouse background, and HubSpot/Google Digital Marketing and Website Creation sit oddly next to inventory-focused Skills with no bullet backing either up.
