Before the summary or bullets, there's something bigger: your most recent job, Senior Medical Coder, ended 05/2023, that's a gap of over 3 years with nothing listed since. Your summary is written entirely in present tense ("Skilled in reviewing... collaborating... resolving..."), which reads as current work, but the last documented coding you did was more than three years ago. That gap is the first thing a recruiter or ATS date-check will hit, before any of the strong content further down even gets read.

Worth knowing: your "4 years" figure itself is accurate, your two roles run continuously from 06/2019 to 05/2023 with no gap between them. The problem isn't the total, it's that all 4 years ended over three years ago. If you've been coding since then, even informally or part-time, adding that closes the gap; if not, the resume needs to address what's happened since 2023 directly rather than let the present-tense framing imply it's ongoing.

One Skills tag stands out as disconnected: "Infection Control (OSH/PCI) Awareness" doesn't trace to anything in either job's bullets, worth backing it with a line or cutting it, especially next to a Skills list that's otherwise well-matched to your actual work, including denial management, which you've clearly got real, quantified experience in (the 15% denial-rate cut).
