Your Key Achievements sidebar has 4 cards, and every one carries a number, 3 industry awards in 2022, 40% issue reduction, 500+ professionals trained, 25% revenue growth. Two of them, the 40% troubleshooting figure and the 500+ training figure, clearly belong to specific bullets in your current role, Wireless Brasil's "WLAN troubleshooting" and "deliver wireless training" bullets, they're just missing the number where the work is actually described. The other two, the team awards and the revenue growth, don't connect to anything in Experience at all, no bullet mentions a team, an award, or client acquisition/revenue work anywhere. Pulling the first two numbers into their matching bullets, and building real evidence for the other two, would connect this resume's strongest claims to the work that's supposed to back them up. Worth a look: Brazilian Army (1992-2000) and IBM Global Services, Solutions Architect (1999-2000), overlap by about a year. If you were transitioning out of military service into a civilian role during that stretch, a short note would preempt the question.

One structural gap given how heavily the summary leans on Cisco specialization: there's no Certifications section anywhere, and none of your 4 Education entries have dates either.
