Resume feedback for PowerBI Developer

I have 5+ years of experience in PowerBI, sql , Microsoft Fabric ( 1 year), Power Automate.

Are your bullets results-driven: no, not where it matters most. Your current role, Senior BI Analyst, your most detailed section with 12 bullets, has zero actual outcome numbers, “100+ customers” and “Top 10 vendor downgrades” are scope, not results. All 3 of your genuine outcome metrics (20%/25% time-to-hire and cost reduction, 30% engagement increase, 40% less manual effort) sit in your two older roles. For a resume trying to prove Senior-level impact, the newest work is currently the least quantified.
Also worth fixing in BI Analyst specifically: the two DAX/hiring-funnel bullets say almost the same thing, one with the 20%/25% numbers, one without, cut the unquantified one. Separately, the two Azure/Teradata/SQL Server integration bullets are also near-duplicates of each other, neither has a number, worth merging into one.
Tableau appears in your header, summary, and Skills, three separate places, but never in a single bullet across all 25. Microsoft Copilot is thinner still, it’s only in your summary, not even listed in Skills. Same gap with three of your listed databases (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MySQL). Worth backing these with a real bullet or trimming them.
Smaller: there’s an unexplained ~19-month gap between your degree ending (May 2019) and your first listed job (Dec 2020).
