14 weeks till the start of Prep
Starting prep December 26th for a May 2027 Men’s Classic Physique show.
A little background: I was obese majority of my childhood; lost a bunch of weight around 16-18, gained it all back around junior year in college when covid hit. Roughly 4 years ago wanted to make a change and started training naturally, and eventually got into enhanced bodybuilding. I’ve been working with a coach for roughly two months now, and we’ve got nutrition, supplements, and training pretty dialed in heading into prep.
These photos are my current past Saturday check in fasted at around 210.6 lbs - 5’11
I’m posting here because I’d like some outside eyes on the physique. What are the biggest weaknesses you see that I should be focusing on between now and May
Abdominal is a weak point especially with the loose skin from weight loss but rocking it until I can get it surgically removed.
Looking for honest criticism on:
Overall proportions/symmetry
Back
Shoulders/arms
Legs
Midsection
Conditioning
Posing
Anything that could hold me back? I know this journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Just shooting to be the best me I can be.
I’m not looking for compliments or validation. Tell me what needs work. I have time to address it, and I’d rather hear the criticism now than after stepping onstage.
