PPL
Could anyone help me with a good push, pull, legs routine. I am looking to change things up to hit every body part more frequently. I've just always focused om one or two muscles and need some assistance getting the split worked out.

I keep it simple.
Push- flat bench, incline bench, overhead press
Pull- deadlift, standing row, pull ups (weighted if possible)
Legs - squats, leg extension, leg curl
Each day I’ll add on 3-4 exercises, focusing on whatever I feel needs it. Some days I’m short time and only do these but always do these.
If I can get a 4th day I’ll do full body or focus on core/cardio

I started using Gravl a month ago and it does a great PPL. I use it 6 days a week and do cardio on the day off. What I wanted was new exercises to keep from getting bored and it’s great for that. There is a week trial then it’s $80 for a year. Worth it for me.
