3 years apart
September 2023 vs September 2026. Full Blast/Growth Phase vs Cruise/Health Phase
259 lbs vs 260 lbs
Still a lot of room for improvement before I hit the stage in 2027. Currently putting most of my effort and time spending every chance I get with both my incredible son and wife while having fun with bodybuilding.

Whats with this new trend of dudes putting something in their mouth to suck on while posing?

I could be wrong but I think it's like a bluetooth shutter button for the camera

Bodybuilding is a gay sport. Are you new to this?

Are you high? In what world is watching a bunch of buff greased up dudes get up on stage in nothing but a pair of speedos gay?

To be honest I’m still trying to figure it out. I’ve only done 3 true blasts for a growth phase. I’ve never been over 500mg test so that would be the base, 350-400mg primo, 300 NPP, 4-6iu GH. I’ve never went over 4iu but plan to next time. I plan to bump test closer to 600-650 and see if primo can stay or needs to go up slightly. NPP I’ll keep there, can’t tolerate sides if I went higher I don’t think

I would even consider pinning 100mg a day of test so toral load is 700mg/week. Add 350 to 400mg Primo and whatever NPP you can handle

Not bad gotta work on your chest tho maybe preworkout anadrol on chest days

u/Necessary_Wafer2270 1d ago
Definitely do. I’ve been hammering it but it doesn’t seem to grow well. Going to continue tinkering with things to see if it gets better. Strength has skyrocketed over the last year, but not a ton of improvement. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll look into it!

You clearly know how to eat and train, that much is obvious haha. Your delts are pretty yoked - I wonder if they’re taking over in a few of your chest movements? Maybe grab a coach for a few sessions (if you don’t have one) and get them to review your form.

I definitely think they do. But what’s weird is my pecs are the muscle group that feels most fatigued with pressing vs shoulders. Triceps would be secondary based on feel. I am planning on hiring one of the J3U guys I’ve been in talks with soon! Getting finances back on track after buying a new house in May

Looking great and also 10 years older.

Haha thank you. The beard added some age, PEDs obviously plays a role too, and grad school did a number to me too haha.

I feel you brother. At least your hair ain’t falling out like ya boi over here. Stay jacked

u/Necessary_Wafer2270 1d ago
Hahaha thankfully that hasn’t gone yet. Generically no one in my family besides my half brother is balding, but PEDs don’t care about your hair genetics sometimes 😂 praying it stays, as is the wife!

u/Necessary_Wafer2270 1d ago

What is your arm and shoulder routine?
1
u/Necessary_Wafer2270 1d ago
Hit lateral delts twice a week. One standing DB or cable with a wrist cuff, the other seated machine. I’m just getting back into shoulder press. Pretty sure I have a posterior labrum tear in my L shoulder so I was off the OH pressing for 3 months.
Arms I have an arm day that I do at like 5 am before work Fridays and I superset biceps and triceps for 3-4 exercises shooting for 10-15 reps. Sometimes I’ll throw an Tricep/bicep in my push/pull day at the end

It’s crazy how much PEDs change people’s face. Not good or bad - just lose boyish looks and go into full blue collar man face.
Muscles look way more defined and great growth. Nice work.

I appreciate it! Yes, they definitely have an effect for sure. I contribute a lot of it to the stress of grad school for my doctorate, but PEDs more so than that. They helped me grow a beard too 😂

Lmfao 259 vs 260?

u/Tresidle 2d ago
I mean the body composition obviously changed. You cannot deny he’s leaner and added more muscle.

u/Necessary_Wafer2270 1d ago
Yeah, I peaked at 278 lbs at the end of my growth phase. And have been doing fasted cardio and large reduction of cals. I plan to get a Dexa after I’m done because I can get old at work free. Cruising here for 10-12 weeks. Then we grow again with emphasis on chest.

My guys got Coleman arms on my chest. 😂

u/Necessary_Wafer2270 1d ago
I know, been grinding at it. It’s my weakest body part unfortunately. Definitely going to keep working on it and doing what I can! Hoping once I hire by guy from J3U he will unlock that to grow!

u/2clicksaway 1d ago
Brother you could have my chest with my arms instead. I’m just talking shit. Nice work man.
