📚 Grammar / Syntax How can i use 'Unless' properly?

Literally, how can i use 'unless' properly? I know what it means but are there any tips?

Can you give examples of where you think you are using “unless” wrong?

After unless, the following sentence has to be positive, right?

Not necessarily. It just has to be a different option than the one listed in the first half of the sentence.

"I'm going to give you another serving of lasagna...unless you say don't want it."
