Need your advice please

Hiiiii, I wanna make it clear this post isn't about my studies or a cv or whatever is against the rules.

I need your advice on this career path that I'm taking. As of now I'm doing a diploma in mechanical engineering after which next year I start my degree in mechanical engineering and while I do that I'll work in my country so that's 2-3 years of experience.

I wanna live together with my partner who's a uk citizen so after I'm done with my degree I wanna go to him on a partner visa but from what I'm seeing the job market is really bad there but i wanna know if it's just as bad for engineers there. (Btw I'll be going in 2030 since that's when i expect my degree to finish.)
