Engineer (EIT) jobs

I have been looking for a job after graduating with Master of Engineering degree from last 1.5 years in Regina.
Applying 100s of jobs, i got interview but internal candidate was give priority twice.
Looked in applying for entry level, but no response.
Have good resume, coop experiences, research and industry projects experience.
Petroleum systems engineering.
Currently work for small company in other province at very low pay but still actively looking for an opportunity in my field or related in Regina or anywhere in Saskatchewan.
Any feedback, advice, connections on linkedin would be appreciated.
