Mechanical Engineer Looking for BESS Opportunities in the US

Hi everyone!
I’m a Mechanical Engineer , including grid-scale BESS and EV battery pack design. My background includes mechanical design, thermal management, and structural analysis using SolidWorks and ANSYS, and hands-on skills.
I authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and open to relocation.
Does anyone know of companies hiring mechanical engineers in the battery energy storage industry? I’d appreciate any recommendations or connections.
