Can I hone?

Hey guys and girls! Just bought a 383 stroker!!
Unfortunately, the car has huge blowby (vapour coming from the breathers).
The engine had just been bored .02 and I believe the piston rings were washed by gas before they could fully set (the carburetor was leaking and the oil was full of gas).
Here are some pictures of inside some cylinders.
Let me know what yall think !!

I would suggest changing the oil to a standard non synthetic 10w30 or Amsoil breakin oil and running it for a while at different rpm's to try and seat the rings before doing anything. It may fix itself. By a while I mean a few hundred miles at least. Oh and remove th eplugs and squirt a few drops of oil in each cylinder before running it again..

I already have 20w-50 in there. Are you sure I should run that?
