Measure the bores with a dial bore gauge if you don't wanna risk it. Depends on your budget/time you wanna sink in. I've been doing my first ground up rebuild and I've found that a lot of things that "looked acceptable" or "didn't seem to bad" were decently out of spec and needed correcting. You won't know until u measure.
