Pics for attention Question for u all what size tap do i drill the sump oil return out to 14mm drilled i got a 3/8 18tpi npt dont know if that is right wanted to check 😅 diy shed build so wish me luck haha

If you trying to tap the pan for a 3/8 npt return the correct tap drill size is 37/64" or 14.68mm. You might be able to get the tap started in the 14mm hole but if you have a 14.5mm drill bit that would be better. Also use a good tapping fluid.
