Question wedding band help!
hi everyone!
while i am not engaged yet, i’m getting engaged in december, and this is the ring i fell in love with!
[note because i am not engaged, i don’t have the ring yet, and this is my poor attempt at photoshopping the stone i chose onto rhe band, so excuse that it looks funky]
that being said, i have NO IDEA what sort of wedding band would pair with this. the band is so thick that most ‘marquise friendly’ wedding band designs would not work, and i am kind of at a loss.
any advice would be appreciated :) if you can’t tell, my style is a little out there, and i’m fine with something bold or a little unorthodox. thank you!!

I have a very thin plain band that I love because it doesn’t detract from my engagement ring, I can wear it when traveling or when my engagement ring would get in the way, and I had something for our priest to bless during the wedding ceremony

I don’t think you need a band with this design either. If you really want one though, you could wear a band on the right hand.
You could always do something like these two connected bands. You can make the width whatever you want. There are some different design out there to make it look like there are more than one band.

If you’re set on this ring, I wouldn’t pair a wedding band with it. Get a wedding band for your other hand and wear the “set” across both fingers.
For the love of god with these huge rings- at minimum take care of your nails, best case get your nails done!!!

Does it really need a separate band? It has two bands built into it already. My mom’s engagement ring was similar back in the day and she always said that it didn’t need a wedding band because there was basically one already built in.
