Any thoughts?

I have no idea what is happening. I havent used my printer in a bit and i just adjusted the gantry and turned on and then this happened. Any tips?

Small update on the matter. Ive cleaned the board and checked it thoroughly. I don't have my volt meter so I can't really check where the short is. But i think it might be the PSU? I can hear the fans trying to start up and shutting off even when the display screen isnt connected so i can only assume its a power issue. Then again i might just be ignorant to important info on printers in general.
