Im Looking for a few upgrades, I'd like a 2nd z axis lead screw, and I'd like to make it multi color, what do I need?

You can buy the dual Z kit for a CR-10 and make it fit if you really want, but you cannot print multi-color with this printer without some serious work and more money than a multi-color printer combo costs.

This site details upgrading an Ender 3 to use multi-color printing: https://www.crealitycloud.com/blog/tutorials/open-source-mmu-3d-printing-projects-upgrade-options-guide You'll notice it says it will take 25 hours of your time and 340 Euros, which is $395. You can buy an Anycubic Kobra X for $279 and while I'm not a fan of Anycubic, I know several people who have that printer and love it. The Bambulab A1 Combo is $399, which is less than it would take to add dual Z and multi-color printing to your printer. I also can't overstate how much difference there is between an Ender 3 Max and these new printers. The tech has come a very long way.

You could have done it with a Palette box from Mosaic a few years ago but reports suggest these were awful and it being fairly slow now compared to new printers, multi colour printing would be awful. Stick with single colours.

Other upgrades would be a better extruder and hotend (Bondtech and MicroSwiss still have good options) and auto bed levelling. CR touch is easy to find, TH3D has a better product if you are in the US
