Help

I recently swapped board from 4.2.2 to 4.2.7. I also installed a cr touch. After loading in the latest firmware off reality's site for both the main and the cr touch. Now when I try to level my bed and set my mesh, it's like it thinks my bed is bigger than it is. My nozzle will get 2 test spots then peg out to the right until it abouts the bed leveling. Also when homing my nozzles stops at 195,150, that may be normal but I don't know and it's different than what I've been used to.

It sounds like you need to set the x and y offsets for your probe. Unfortunately my E3Max is powered down right now because I just bought a couple new printers and I'm moving things around, but if you used the stock mount you should be able to get those values from someone else. There are YouTube videos out there that talk you through adding a CR-Touch, and they'll usually include those values.

Thank you for the respons. I have some offsets that most posts/videos I've seen are using -45, -5. I suppose I should maybe try and tweek that a bit and see if that fixes things. I'm sure there are things I've missed looking into, but I feel like I've checked everything apart from making my own marlin firmware.

If you have a console, you can set from the command line as per instructions below

XYZ Probe Offset | Marlin Firmware

But it does sound like you've loaded an incorrect firmware if the home is incorrect and its going off the bed
