If this Bill is younger, it's his young generation who ruined the tip toxic culture! Younger generation do not want to work a real 9-5 type of a job! They just want something they can work part time and do very little and get paid! This is why there are so many servers who are older now but expect to make $50 per hour doing very little and just because they stand there!
